Are you really locked into the room?
No, the door you enter will remain unlocked at all times. You may step out at any moment should you need to, however your time will continue to count down even if you exit.
How do I reserve a time?
Click the BOOK NOW option on our page to see available times. We are only open Friday - Sunday. Navigate to one of those days on the calendar to see a live view of what games are available for booking.

Are the room bookings private or public?
Our rooms will always be private. We know you're coming to have fun and being in a room with strangers isn't always fun...
What is the Cancellation policy?
We have a strict NO REFUND policy. All sales are final and nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your reservation. If you contact us after this period, or if your booking was created within this period, we will do our best to reschedule your booking. Please note that a rescheduling fee may apply.
What is the Reschedule policy?
Please note that you can reschedule your experience up to 24 hours before the event. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the time of the experience please give us a call at 717-739-6603 as soon as you know you can't make the experience. There may be a rescheduling fee of the minimum booking price of the room (cost for two players) if you do not contact us 24 hours before the game. This fee is taken on a case by case basis so please contact us as soon as you can if you need to reschedule.
What if multiple people want to come but pay separate?
We require a deposit equal to the cost of two tickets. All additional tickets may be paid with cash or credit card upon arrival. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to process payment.
Is Escape Confusion handicap accessible?
Unfortunately, due to the historic status of the building there is no elevator.
Can we book a birthday party?
Absolutely! We welcome all party sizes and party types. We also have a party room which can be reserved for an hour and a half for $25.00. We ask that you please call 717-739-6603 to reserve our party room.
